What to Expect at a Wichita Falls Symphony Concert

Whether you’re a lifelong symphony lover or attending your very first concert, we’re glad you’re here. Find everything you need to know before your visit—from parking and attire to concert etiquette and what happens when the music begins.

First Time at the Symphony?

You Don’t Need to Know Anything About Classical Music

Many people attending a WFSO concert are experiencing live symphonic music for the first time. There are no prerequisites, no music degrees required, and no “right” way to enjoy a performance.

Whether you’re coming to hear a favorite piece, support a friend, enjoy a date night, or simply try something new, you’re in the right place.

Before You Arrive

Present electronic or printed tickets at the door. Can’t find your tickets? Call the box office and leave a message and we will gladly reprint them and hold them at will call.

If you’re missing tickets on concert night, please visit us at the box office starting at 6:00 pm.

Parking is available free-of-charge at all of our performance venues. See parking maps on our venues page.

Please contact us about ADA seating and assistance options.

Most concerts last approximately 90–120 minutes, including intermission.

Whatever makes you comfortable! Some patrons enjoy dressing up, while others come in business casual or jeans. There’s no formal dress code, just come ready to enjoy the music.
