Can’t make it to an upcoming concert? You can still make a difference.
Through the Wichita Falls Symphony Orchestra’s “Share Your Seat” program, season subscribers can donate their tickets ahead of a concert and help fill the hall with fellow music lovers. When you release your tickets back to WFSO, we’re able to resell them or offer them to community guests — and you’ll receive a tax-deductible donation receipt in return. Whether your plans change or life simply gets busy, your tickets can still bring the joy of live performance to someone new.
WFSO’S Share Your Seat Program
How It Works
- Find your order number and seat numbers for the tickets you’d like to donate. Can’t locate them? We can look them up for you.
- Donate your tickets at least 24 hours before the concert by filling out our online form or calling the WFSO Box Office. This gives us time to return your seats to the system for resale or donation.
Complete the Ticket Donation Request Form
Or contact the WFSO Box Office directly at (940) 723-6202 no later than 24 hours prior to the concert.
We’ll take care of the rest — once your tickets are released, they’ll go toward resale or be shared with community partners.
Why It Matters
Every filled seat helps the WFSO:
- Bring more people into the concert experience
- Strengthen our audience community
- Sustain the future of live symphonic music in Wichita Falls
By sharing your seat, you’re not just making a donation — you’re helping someone experience the magic of a live orchestra, maybe for the very first time.
The Share Your Seat program does not apply to unused tickets after the performance date has passed.
